Blessed are the crazy ones

“Blessed are the crazy ones, for they let the light shine through”

We all have our own stars. For us, it’s Domino Andiran, also known as Richard Gers. In his hilly country, he creates marvels with his mansengs and his work with different oxidations has surprised more than a few. Of course, among winemakers, we like to make fun of such eccentricities but we adore these incredible wines.

Domino has experimented with the phenomenon of oxidation by light on wines, which brings out completely different notes to oxygen, but he'll explain that to you because it's as mysterious as it is paranormal :)

In the Southwest, we are lucky to have old scrooges who open the path for lots of extravagances, and it’s often here that you find new paths of exploration, whether in wine, like with Domino, or in viticulture with the agroforestry practices we pioneered.
