Discover a selection of fine and natural wines from vineyards around us and across the Southwest wine region in a fun and educational tasting that engages all the senses.
Explore native grape varieties, diverse terroirs and different wine-making methods through pure, authentic organic and biodynamic wines vinified naturally by a new generation of growers.
Begin with a welcome glass of local fizz, followed by 4–5 wines (with at least two tasted blind), paired with local cheese, charcuterie, and other seasonal treats.
Leave with essential wine-tasting tips, a new way of thinking about wine, and an insight into one of France’s greatest undiscovered wine regions!

Discover the Southwest à la doucewith pick-up and drop-off at Lexos train station. Explore the mythic market town of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val in the Gorges d’Aveyron and then immerse yourself in a multi-sensory tasting of five fine & natural wines on our terrace or in our cellar at our Tasting House in Espinas.
Come on a Sunday to experience the legendary food and craft market, and savour your 5-wine tasting with cheese, charcuterie, and seasonal treats picked up along the way.
Optional visits: Abbaye de Beaulieu‑en‑Rouergue, Jardin de Quercy, Grotte de Bosc or an organic or biodynamic vineyard.

Catherine Bernard
Intuitive tasting with the wonderful Catherine Bernard.
Born in Nantes in 1963, Catherine was a journalist at La Tribune and Libération for 20 years. In 2004, she moved to the Languedoc to become a winemaker. With her son Nicolas, she crafts fine, balanced, rhythmical reflections of an ancient terroir near Sommières: pure expressions of a place between the wild and the cultivated that she calls La Carbonnelle.
