MEET THE WINEMAKERS
“There are wines that touch the soul, that provoke emotions—I think that’s the definition of living wines. No matter WHAT path you choose, whether ITS regenerative viticulture or permaculture, the key is to bring LIFE BACK to the soils WITH green fertilisers, LITTLE compostS, organic matter, or biodynamic preparations. THEY create life in the soil which forms a symbiosis with the vine and then you find that living energy in the grapes, in the wines, and AS WE work with native yeasts, they have strong markers of the terroir.”
— Muriel Zoldan
