  • We’ll pick you up at Lexos train station and visit the mythic market town of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val in the Gorges d’Aveyron‍ before a sensory 5-wine tasting on our terrace

2-DAY NATURAL WINE ADVENTURE

  • Join us for a natural wine immersion with visits to 2 or 3 organic or biodynamic vineyards in Gaillac or Cahors.

  • You don’t need to be an expert to appreciate good wine. Anyone can tell if a wine is clean, balanced, and pleasing to the palate - but it’s fascinating fun to share our impressions. Tasting means tuning in, exploring aromas, textures and flavours, rising above preconceived ideas and connecting with your own feelings and sensations.

  • Our tasting experiences engage all the senses. We focus on how wine makes you feel, what it evokes, how it comes into being. Beyond traditional wine-tasting techniques, we invite you to connect with the story of the terroir, the vintage and of course, the vigneron(ne).
