At Joanne Dans Le Vin, we focus on how wine makes us feel, what it evokes and how it comes into being. We taste in an intuitive and sensory way that goes beyond the traditional analytical technique to connect with the terroir, the vintage, the intentions of the winemaker and your own associations and impressions
