Wake up and smell the freshness with this bright and beautiful expression of Malbec (90%) and Merlot (10%). Notes of strawberry, mint and fennel seeds meet a ripe and tasty mouth that sings.

A blend of several clay limestone plots planted with vines aged 20 to 50. clay-limestone soils. One part vinfied in whole bunches, one part direct press, one part de-stemmed and gently macerated for 6-8 days. Aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks. Unfined. Unfiltered. 1g/hc added sulfites on bottling. 12.5% ABV. Vintage 2023

About the Winemakers

Maya Sallée and Nicolas Fernandez became winemakers together in 2015. They started with 1 hectare of vineyard in Trespou-Rassiels on the precious limestone plateau of Cahors. Today they work a total of 14 hectares that they express plot-by-plot in their wines. Certified organic since 2019 and committed to regenerative viticulture, Maya and NIcolas are guided by constant questioning and re-balancing to produce living wines that tell the story of their terroir.
