About the Winemaker
Fraysse is a rising star: young, dynamic and devoted to 4ha of vines planted in he steep slopes of his childhood home, a pretty village called Balsac, 14km from Rodez. He created Domaine des Boissieres in 2017 and today, old Fer Servadou (known as Mansois in the Aveyron) rubs shoulders with younger vines including Prunelard and white varieties (Chenin, Ondenc and Roussellous). A winegrower to watch.
