Pure concentrated Negrette. Velvet juice with well-integrated tannins. Notes of blueberries, blackcurrants, figs and a sprinkle of pepper. Dark yet surprisingly light at just 11.5% alc.vol. A feel-good wine for winter with zero-added sulfites.
50% grapes from very old vines (40-60 years) and 50% from very young vines (5 years). Aged on the lees for one month after fermentation.
