About the Winemaker

With 10 years travelling through the vineyards of France, Anne-Camille Boucher arrived in Gaillac with a wealth of experience in wine and a taste for organically produced grapes. In March 2020, she fell in love with 4.5 hectares of vineyard surrounded by natural hedgerows in the commune of Le Verdier on the lacustrine limestone soils of the Cordes Plateau and created her own organic wine estate through a crowdfunding project with her friend and fellow wine-grower Michael Gares (La Pierre Levée) The vineyard is planted with local grape varieties Loin de l'Oeil, Mauzac, Duras and Braucol, as well as Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah, which allows her to create wines representative of the appellation as well as experiment with her own light and fruity expressions.
