Luminous garnet colour, nose of sun-drenched black fruit and cracked pepper. Smooth, sensual, rhythmic in the mouth with a long savoury finish. Great structure born of perfectly ripe fruit, soft, velvet tannins and the passion of a winemaker for his terroir.

About the Winemaker
Domaine Cinq Peyres is a wine farm on the chalky heights of the Cordes Plateau in Cahuzac-sur-Vère, between Gaillac and Cordes Sur Ciel. Charles Bonnafont grew up on the farm and has been at the helm since 2014. He combines biodynamic principles with traditional farming wisdom to craft fresh, balanced wines that reveal all the purity and energy of his terroir.
