We source our wines from small-scale organic, biodynamic or regenerative growers (4-20 ha) in Southwest France. They all work with living soils to produce healthy grapes that are hand-harvested, fermented by indigenous yeasts and vinified without additives and minimum or zero sulfites to offer pure expressions of the terroir.

They create life in the soils which creates a symbiosis with the vine and then you find that living energy in the wines, in the grapes, and as we work with native yeasts, they have strong markers of the terroir.”
