The Contrastes Wine Fair 2025 is on its way…save the date! 9/10 November in Toulouse. A team of fine and natural grower-makers from all over Southwest France have been debating how to tell their story for months. Here’s their truth-telling translated in human English for all you curious wine-lovers, wine writers, wine buyers and distributors - hope to see you there!
“Because we are a whole world within the wine world, because we drink from the plains as well as the steep slopes, because we have as many accents as grape varieties, because we make wines with values rather than money, because we have every colour, because we make immortal wines as well as smashable thirst-quenchers, because no other region has such a high density of natural wines, and ultimately because few people know it, we’re decided to bring back our Contrastes wine fair in 2025…
Around hundred growers will be there, around a very simple philosophy based on unchanged criteria: organic (at least), manual harvests, indigenous yeasts, no additives, little or no sulfites, and juice that tastes of the place!
We’re putting together an amazing 2025 edition in a fab venue in the heart of the Pink City: Prep’Art Toulouse - because between culture and agriculture, there isn’t even the thickness of a vine leaf.
Like our poster, this edition with be true to the spirit of contrasts.
